Media & Press Inquiries
The Findlay Toyota Center welcomes media coverage of our events and community programs.
All media access requests, including photography, videography, and interviews, must be coordinated in advance through the Marketing Department. Media access requirements may vary depending on the event, promoter, or renter.
Media Access & Photography
Advance approval is required for:
- Photography or videography intended for publication or broadcast
- Media access to ticketed events or programs
- Interviews with performers, participants, or venue staff
- On-site reporting or photography inside the facility
Unauthorized photography, videography, or media activity is not permitted at any events or programs held at the Findlay Toyota Center, whether ticketed or non-ticketed.
Event-Specific Coverage
Some events at the Findlay Toyota Center are presented by third-party promoters or renters. In these cases, media requests may require additional approval from the event organizer. The Marketing Department will assist in coordinating requests when possible.

Day-Of Requests
Same-day or walk-up media requests cannot be guaranteed and may not be accommodated without prior approval.
