The Findlay Toyota Center Box Office accepts cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Tickets left at will call may be picked up at the Findlay Toyota Center Box Office office during open hours.
You'll need a photo ID to claim your tickets. Your Ticketmaster order number and the credit card used to purchase the tickets may also be needed.

Our Group Sales Program offers your group the opportunity to purchase tickets at a special price! Group discounts are available for most family shows and sporting events. Some concerts also offer ticket discounts for groups. Group size requirements vary for each show, but will generally start at 10 or more persons. Get your special discount price today!

Seat locations are determined by the date your order is placed. To assure your group quality seating, make your reservation as early as possible.

Accessible seating varies by event and can be located on the Findlay Toyota Center Arena arena floor, main concourse level, and premium/suite level. Accessible seating may be purchased at the arena box office, by phone at 928-583-6098 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

The refund policy for rescheduled or postponed events varies by event. Please call the box office for additional information.
