BAG POLICY
Clear Bags Only
- Clear bags must not exceed 12" x 12" x 6"
- Bags must be made of clear, non-tinted plastic, vinyl, or PVC
- All bags must be completely transparent
Clutches and Wallets
- Non-transparent clutches or wallets are permitted
- Must not exceed 9" x 5" x 2"
- Allowed with or without a clear bag
- All items are subject to security inspection
Exceptions
- Medically necessary items are permitted after inspection
- Diaper bags for children under 2 years old are permitted after inspection
Security Screening
- All guests and items are subject to inspection upon entry
Policy Enforcement
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to any bag or item at its discretion
- Policies may be modified without notice based on event requirements
Reminder: When in doubt, please leave the item in your vehicle or at home to avoid delays at entry.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Management reserves the right to amend this policy without notice based on individual event restrictions. In addition, management reserves the right to restrict any item not specifically listed below.
Guests are reminded that the following items are not permitted inside Findlay Toyota Center. There are no provisions to store prohibited items, and security staff cannot hold items for guests.
- Aerosol cans
- Alcohol
- Animals (except service animals)
- Banners or signs larger than 3' x 2'
- Beverages of any kind, including bottled water
- Beverage containers, including bottles, cans, and thermos bottles
- Brooms
- Cameras with professional photo lenses longer than a credit card
- Chewing tobacco and e-cigarettes
- Clothing deemed obscene or indecent
- Coolers of any kind
- Fireworks
- Folding chairs
- Food (except for children under the age of 2)
- Basketballs, footballs, and beach balls, whether inflated or deflated
- Illegal drugs
- Laptop computers
- Laser pointers
- Mono/tripods
- Noise makers, including whistles, horns, bells, etc.
- Poles or sticks of any kind, including selfie sticks
- Umbrellas larger than 12 inches in length
- Video cameras
- Weapons, including but not limited to firearms and knives
- Any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by venue security
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Creating any safety hazard
- Standing on chairs or seats
- Drunk and disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- "Mooning" or exposing private body parts
- Interference with or delay of the game or event
- Throwing, tossing, or discharging any object or liquid substance
- Using profanity or other offensive language
- Taunting or using offensive language toward players, referees, performers, or facility staff
- Attempting to enter the ice, court, locker room, stage, backstage, or any other performance, non-public, or VIP area without authorization
- Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
- Disturbing other guests' enjoyment of the event
- Smoking anywhere other than approved designated smoking areas
- Failure to comply with facility personnel
- Violation of Findlay Toyota Center rules, regulations, and policies
- Violation of local, state, or federal laws and statutes
Findlay Toyota Center management reserves the right to suspend season ticket privileges for guests who do not comply with facility policies. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way. We sincerely thank you for adhering to these provisions and hope you thoroughly enjoy your event at Findlay Toyota Center.
